Our story
A Private Sanctuary for Heat & Recovery
Heat House Sauna was built on a simple belief — that a private, unhurried place to get warm, sweat, and slow down is something everyone deserves more of.
Most wellness spaces are crowded, rushed, and impersonal. We wanted something different — a place where you could arrive, breathe, and let the heat do its work without distraction.
Heat House is located inside Sola Salon Studios in Eagan, Minnesota. Our private infrared suite is designed to feel like a personal retreat — warm wood tones, soft light, and complete quiet.
Whether you're recovering from a hard workout, unwinding after a busy week, or simply carving out time for yourself, Heat House is here for that.
